KAMLOOPS — The Spokane Chiefs kept it surprisingly close on Wednesday night at the Sandman Centre, but home team flexed its muscles and ran away for a 7-2 win.
The Blazers got contributions from seven different players for their 37th win of the season, putting Kamloops 10 points ahead of Kelowna for top spot in the B.C. Division. The Blazers have played four more games than the Rockets.
The Blazers are in Langley to play the Giants on Friday before returning home Saturday to host Victoria.
