COVID-19 related ICU and hospitalization rates in B.C. decrease Friday
VICTORIA — Hospitalizations in B.C. have dropped again today (Feb. 25), with health officials reporting 599 people hospitalized with COVID-19. (Down by 13 since Thursday)
Intensive care patient numbers have also decreased, with 96 people reported to be in ICUs around the province. (Down by six)
There have also been 12 further COVID-19 related fatalities reported today, for an overall total of 2,851. The province does note that one reported death has been removed from the total due to a data correction. None of the new deaths took place in Interior Health.
