Queen tests positive for COVID-19 virus

BUCKINGHAM PALACE – The Queen has rested positive for COVID-19.

The news was released Sunday morning by Buckingham Palace.

According to various British media reports, the 95 year-old monarch is dealing with mild cold-like symptoms.

The Queen had been in contact with her son Charles, the Prince of Wales last week. Two days after meeting with the Queen, he tested positive for the virus.

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has tweeted that he wishes the Queen a speedy recovery and “a rapid return to vibrant good health.”
