Coldest Night of the Year fundraiser taking place virtually again

Feb 7, 2022 | 10:33 AM

KAMLOOPS — A fundraiser to help support an organization that look after Kamloops’ homeless and hurting will take place virtually again in 2022.

The Mustard Seed’s Coldest Night of the Year typically has fundraising teams gather to walk in support of the cause, but throughout February the non-profit is asking participants to walk outside on their own or within their household.

Participants are encouraged to walk on their own two-to-five-kilometre route close to their homes. The Mustard Seed says its goal for 2022 is to raise $40,000.

Registration is free and online.
