UPDATE (10 a.m.): DriveBC reports that the incident has been cleared
EARLIER: SICAMOUS, B.C. — Kamloops and area drivers heading east on Highway 1 can expect some delays.
The eastbound lanes of the Trans Canada Highway east of Sicamous are closed Saturday (Feb. 5) morning.
DriveBC reports a jackknifed semi blocking the eastbound lanes at Loftus Road in Malakwa. Crews are on scene, and drivers are asked to watch for traffic control and expect delays.
