Thief steals donation box from North Shore Tim Horton’s

KAMLOOPS — RCMP are investigating the theft of a donation box from a North Shore fast food restaurant.

Cst. Crystal Evelyn says it happened at about 2:00 Saturday morning (Jan. 29), at a restaurant in the 700-block of Windsor Avenue. The only restaurant matching that description is a Tim Horton’s location.

Evelyn says responding officers found a window smashed and coins scattered on the ground. Surveillance footage determined the male suspect entered the shop at about 1:53 a.m.

Suspect clothing description:

• Red jacket
• Grey sweatpants
• Grey hood
• Black gloves
• Black runners
