KAMLOOPS — A COVID-19 outbreak was declared at Gillis House in Merritt on Saturday (Jan. 22).
Interior Health states in its health facility disease outbreaks page that Units A and B are affected in the complex care facility.
There are 18 facilities in IH dealing with COVID-19 outbreaks as of Monday (Jan. 24) morning, including Brocklehurst Gemstone and Pine Grove Seniors Community in Kamloops, and Mount Ida Mews in Salmon Arm.
