Logan Lake man scratches $50,000 lotto ticket, plans tropical getaway

LOGAN LAKE, B.C. — A Logan Lake man says he will use his lotto windfall to fund a tropical vacation.

Michael Soul scratched a Pirate’s Treasure scratch-and-win ticket to find he had won $50,000.

Soul bought the ticket at Highland Valley Foods in Logan Lake and says he was surprised, happy and excited when he found out about the jackpot.

He adds he will share the winnings with his wife and children, and plans to book a vacation to Cook Islands in the South Pacific.
