Multiple vehicle incidents reported along east Trans Canada Highway in Kamloops

KAMLOOPS — BC Emergency Health Services (BC EHS) says two people were taken to hospital after a multi-vehicle incident along Highway 1 in Kamloops this morning (Jan. 6).

According to BC EHS, a call came in at 11:09 a.m regarding a collision involving multiple vehicles near the Hook Road interchange on the east Trans Canada Highway.

Emergency responders arrived on scene and transported two people to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Elsewhere, along the Grand Boulevard intersection of Highway 1 in the Valleyview area, another vehicle incident took place during the noon hour.
