KAMLOOPS — Kamloops RCMP are searching for a woman who reportedly robbed a downtown business while using a knife over the weekend.
Police say the women entered a business on the 450-block of Lansdowne Street Saturday (Dec. 11) afternoon, showed a knife, and demanded staff to put the cash till into her duffle bag. The woman then left and met up with a person nearby and walked westbound.
Cst. Crystal Evelyn says the till was later located and recovered from a public washroom on the 300-block of Victoria Street.
Anyone who recognizes the suspect or their accomplice, witnessed the robbery, or has information related to the investigation is asked to contact Kamloops RCMP.
