Kamloops man facing weapons charges after parking lot firearm incident at RIH
KAMLOOPS — Kamloops RCMP say one man is facing charges related to a firearms incident in a parking lot of Royal Inland Hospital on Tuesday (Nov. 30).
In a release, Cst. Crystal Evelyn says on November 30 around 2 p.m, police were called to a medical facility parking lot in the 300 block of Columbia Street, where a man was allegedly present with a gun.
Officers were told the man had since left the area, and a vehicle description was provided.
