Cargo trailer, motorcycle and horse trailer thefts highlight Salmon Arm RCMP’s week of break-and-enter files

SALMON ARM, B.C. — Salmon Arm RCMP attended to multiple business and outbuilding break-and-enter files over the past week.

A stolen Red Jeep Liberty SUV was located in the Sandy Point Road Area on Sunday (Nov. 21) with an enclosed cargo trailer that contained a KTM motorcycle. The two vehicles and the trailer were recovered and returned to their respective owners.

Elsewhere, a blue two-horse horse trailer was stolen form 15^th Avenue SW. The trailer had plate WLD03N attached to it.

Other notable break and enters include:

• an attempted theft from Sea Cans located on 40^th Street SE
• a break and enter to a garage in the 800-block of Salmon River Road where a wood stove and other property was stolen
• liquor being stolen from a business near 30^th Street NE on Monday (Nov. 22^nd)
