Woman robbed inside her car in Sahali; Kamloops RCMP searching for witnesses

KAMLOOPS — Kamloops RCMP are investigating after a woman returned to her vehicle on the 1500-block of Summit Drive and was met by an intruder hiding inside.

Police attended a business on Wednesday (Nov. 10) evening where the woman was reportedly assaulted and robbed of her wallet and phone by the man in her back seat. Police say the man ran southbound on Summit Drive.

“The cellphone was located, but the suspect remains at large,” Cst. Crystal Evelyn says.

The suspect is described as a slim, 5-10 male wearing a black mask, dark pants, black sweater, and gloves.
