Team Brown opens curling pre-trials with a win.

KAMLOOPS — Twenty-eight teams are playing in the Olympic Curling pre-trials in Liverpool, Nova Scotia.

14 men’s and 14 women’s rinks are trying to qualify for next month’s Olympic Trials.

Among them is the Corryn Brown rink from Kamloops.

After missing out through the direct entry a few weeks ago, this is the last chance to qualify for the Saskatoon trials.
