LYTTON, B.C. — The Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) will release results of its investigation into the June 30 fire that destroyed Lytton Thursday morning (Oct. 14).

On July 9, the TSB announced it would probe a possible connection between train activity and the devastating fire that burned through Lytton.

The fire came after three consecutive days in which Lytton set Canadian high temperature records as an unprecedented heat dome set in across the province.

Canadian National has maintained its trains were not linked to the fire.
