WolfPack bow out of CCBC with 13-4 loss to Golden Tide

KAMLOOPS — The WolfPack’s run at the Canadian College Baseball Conference (CCBC) Championship in Kelowna came to an end Sunday (Oct. 10).

After an 8-0 loss to the University of Fraser Valley on Day One and a 4-1 win over the University of Calgary on Day Two, Thompson Rivers University (TRU) fell to the Victoria Golden Tide 13-4.

A grand slam by TRU’s Matt Olsen in the first inning got the WolfPack a 4-0 lead early, but the Golden Tide responded with 13 unanswered runs.

TRU finished the CCBC with a record of 1-2.
