
One arrested, victim in stable condition after Kamloops North Shore stabbing
KAMLOOPS — RCMP have made an arrest after a person came to the Royal Inland Hospital emergency room Wednesday afternoon (Oct. 6) with a life-threatening stab wound.
In a news release, spokesperson Cst. Crystal Evelyn says the victim came into the E.R. at about 3:46 p.m. Wednesday. The person is still being treated in hospital Thursday and is in stable condition.
Investigators soon identified a potential suspect and a crime scene on Brandon Avenue on the North Shore.
The suspect was arrested and Evelyn notes members remain at the Brandon Avenue scene.
