Eleven COVID-19 deaths in B.C.; 813 new cases

KAMLOOPS — Eleven more people have died of COVID-19 in B.C. Wednesday (Sept. 29).

The totals are included in an update to the B.C. Centre for Disease Control (BCCDC) dashboard.

There are 813 new cases of COVID-19 in B.C. Wednesday, including 208 in Interior Health.

The active caseload is up to 6,185, including 1,281 in the Interior.

There are 340 people in hospital with COVID-19 in B.C. and 146 in critical care.

With 11 more deaths, the B.C. death toll is now 1,953.
