Blazers defeat Kelowna 4-2 Friday, hand Rockets first preseason loss

KAMLOOPS — The Blazers continued their winning ways with a 4-2 preseason victory over Kelowna at Sandman Centre Friday night (Sept. 24).

Fraser Minten had two goals and an assist for Kamloops, who also got markers from Nick McCarry and Reese Belton.

Dylan Ernst made 18 saves for the victory, which moved Kamloops to three wins and one shootout loss. It was Kelowna’s first loss of the preseason.

Kamloops plays in Kelowna to wrap up the preseason tonight.
