KAMLOOPS —Thompson Rivers University’s (TRU) soccer clubs have waited since 2019 to win a match again, and they’ll have at least one more week.

The men’s WolfPack club drew 1-1 with the University of British Columbia (UBC) Thunderbirds for the second match in a row, thanks to a 90th minute tying goal by Mikkel Rosenlund. The men are 0-0-2 on the season and travel to Kelowna next weekend (Sept. 18 and 19) for two matches against the UBC Okanagan Heat.

Meanwhile, the women’s WolfPack club fell to 0-2-0 on the young Canada West season with a 3-0 loss to UBC. WolfPack goalkeeper Danielle Robertson made nine saves in the effort. The women will also travel to Kelowna next weekend for two matches against UBC Okanagan.
