City of Kamloops investigating break-in at Barnhartvale Landfill and Yard Waste Site

UPDATE (12:45 p.m.): The City of Kamloops announced the Barnhartvale Landfill and Yard Waste Site is re-open.
EARLIER: KAMLOOPS — The City of Kamloops announced that the Barnhartvale Landfill and Yard Waste Site is closed on Saturday (Sept. 11) to investigate a break-in that occurred last night.
The city says the investigation has also restricted access to the Dallas-Barnhartvale Nature Park, and there is no estimated time of re-opening.
Mission Flats Landfill is still open until 4:30 p.m.
