Thieves make off with van belonging to the Chase Food Bank

CHASE – A search is underway the van used by the Chase Food Bank.
The white 2017 GMC van is used by the organization to gather and deliver perishable food items in the community and the surrounding area. It’s unique in the fact it’s refrigerated. It’s license plate is NB5738.
The food bank services more than 50 homes every month from Chase to the north Shuswap.
The van was taken from the Chase Curling Rink parking lot last night (Aug 12).
