Evacuation Alert expansion near Cherry Creek

KAMLOOPS – An Evacuation Alert in the Cherry Creek area west of Kamloops, has been expanded to cover land on the north side of Highway 1.
The Alert was issued by the Thompson-Nicola Regional District (TNRD) in Kamloops and impacts the following 43 properties in Electoral Area “J” (Copper Desert Country):
• 1420 Abbey Rd;
• 420 to 488 Cactus Rd;
• 388 and 480 Cherry Creek Station Rd;
• 437 to 965 Deer Dr;
• 4729 to 6009 Trans-Canada Hwy; and
• any other properties located on the map below.
