Gwen Stefani’s Family Wedding

Gwen Stefani’s oldest two children were the official witnesses to their mom’s wedding to Blake Shelton.

TMZ obtained the marriage certificate that shows it was signed by 15-year-old Kingston Rossdale and 12-year-old Zuma.

Fellow Voice star Carson Daly’s name also appears on the document because he served as the officiant.  According to the paperwork, he is an ordained minister for Universal Life Church in Johnston County, OK.
