Winning Lotto Max ticket purchased in Kamloops

KAMLOOPS — Someone who purchased a Lotto Max ticket in Kamloops is a big winner today. Two tickets were winners yesterday and will share the $70 million dollar prize. One of the tickets was purchased in Kamloops, the other was bought in Ontario. Each winner receives $35 million dollars.
The Lotto jackpot was finally won after being unclaimed for weeks.
In addition, there are 46 Maxmillion prize winners. Twenty-one winning tickets were sold in Ontario, 11 in B.C., 10 in Quebec and four in the Prairies. The jackpot for the next draw on June 25 will be an estimated $50 million, with two Maxmillion prizes of $1 million each up for grabs.
