TK’EMLUPS — Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc (TteS) isn’t letting the COVID-19 pandemic get in the way of National Indigenous Peoples Day.

TteS is holding a virtual “Day of Sharing” that began at 9:00 a.m. and runs until 5:00 p.m.

Every 15 to 30 minutes on its website, TteS posts new content to celebrate and recognize the unique heritage, diverse cultures and outstanding contributions of Indigenous peoples. Posts include traditional stories and a learning and activity guide on celebrating Indigenous Peoples in Canada.

Anyone can follow along to TteS’ Day of Sharing online.
