GRANDE PRAIRIE, ALBERTA — The wife of an Alberta man who was missing for nearly a week and thought to be travelling to B.C. says he has been found safe.

Jesse Faulkenham, 31, went missing June 2. His wife, Brooke Timewell, thought he might be travelling to Penticton to see family, and may have run out of gas near Kamloops.

RCMP have confirmed Faulkenham was found safe on Tuesday (June 8).

In a Facebook post, Timewell says her husband spent about a week outdoors. It’s not clear where he was found.
