Severed bear paws dumped in North Shuswap

ANGLEMONT, B.C. — The B.C. Conversation Officer Service (BCCOS) is investigating a report of a disposal of wildlife parts, including several bear paws, near Anglemont.
Conservation Officers attended the site in the Anglemont Mountain area, along Forest Service Road 695, and collected evidence.
BCCOS asks anyone who has information on who disposed of the animal parts to call the Report All Poachers and Polluters hotline at 1-877-952-RAPP (7277).
