KAMLOOPS — A traffic stop led Kamloops Mounties to find some stolen goods early Thursday morning (May 6).
In a news release, spokesperson Cst. Crystal Evelyn says an officer patrolling in the area of Valleyview Drive at about 1:15 a.m. spotted a vehicle with no decal or valtag. The officer ran the plate and found it had been stolen.
RCMP stopped the vehicle on Battle Street. Investigators found high-end tools in the trunk.
A Kamloops man received a ticket and the vehicle was impounded.
