KAMLOOPS — One of Kamloops’ heritage buildings will get a new life.
The old CN train station downtown east of the Sandman Centre has been purchased from the Culos Group for 2.5 million dollars by a group of investors who plan to turn the building into a lounge, restaurant and distillery. The building had housed the Keg restaurant before it was closed in 2016.
Carl DeSantis of the Downtown Business Improvement Association says the plans will help create a real heritage attraction downtown.
