Kamloops tax increase set at 0.93 per cent for 2021

KAMLOOPS — Kamloops council formally approved the city’s 0.93 per cent tax increase during Tuesday’s (April 20) council meeting.

The average house value in Kamloops went up from $443,000 in 2020 to $469,000 in 2021, meaning the average property tax increases from $2,238 to $2,258.
