Fire knocks out power to Logan Lake

LOGAN LAKE, B.C. — B.C. Hydro is reporting a large power outage caused by a fire in Logan Lake.

The utility notes the outage began at about 11:12 p.m. Tuesday (Apr. 13) and affects 1,616 customers in the community and surrounding area.

B.C. Hydro’s website estimates a time back on at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday.

Details of the fire are unclear.
