Blazers shut out in first loss of season

KAMLOOPS — The Vancouver Giants have moved into a first place tie with the Kamloops Blazers in their division after a 4-0 shutout of the Blazers Monday night.

Trent Miner stopped 30 shots for the goose egg. Both teams are 4-0-1.

Blazers were slated to play Kelowna Wednesday, but the Rockets have been shut down because of COVID concerns, so next game at the Sandman Centre is Friday, when the Blazers play Victoria.
