Same man described in two Kamloops suspicious person reports

RCMP say they are looking into reports from two different people of a man with the same description acting suspiciously.

Just before 12:00 noon on Wednesday (Mar. 31), police were told of a man trying to hug a woman and repeatedly asking her name at Riverside Park.

The man then allegedly made rude comments and “acted aggressively” before boarding a bus.

Later in the day, a ban bearing the same description was reported acting suspiciously on Columbia Street West.

One of the witnesses also reported he had dark stubble and a hole in his right cheek about the size of a dime.
