Kamloops RCMP investigating stabbing assault at McDonald Park

KAMLOOPS — Kamloops RCMP are asking for information from the public as they work to track down suspects involved in a stabbing incident this weekend.

Staff Sgt. Troy Durand says in a release a man was assaulted and stabbed by two other men in McDonald Park around 1:10 a.m on Sunday (Mar. 14).

The first suspect is described as wearing a dark hoodie and jeans, and the second man was also wearing dark clothing.

RCMP say this is believed to be a targeted attack, and the victim is not cooperating in the police investigation.
