Vehicle incident closes Trans Canada Highway west of Revelstoke

REVELSTOKE — Updated 8:30 a.m: Drive BC says Highway 1 is now open to single-lane alternating traffic outside of Revelstoke this morning after a vehicle incident.

The incident occurred between Three Valley OH Bridge and the Rutherford-Three Valley Rest Area and both directions of the highway had been stopped but one lane has since reopened.

Drive BC says the next update will come at 9:30 a.m.
