WOODY ALLEN ON DOC: Woody Allen and Soon-Yi Previn are addressing allegations raised in HBO doc Allen v. Farrow. “These documentarians had no interest in the truth,” claims the joint statement released to ET by a spokesperson for the couple. “Instead, they spent years surreptitiously collaborating with the Farrows and their enablers to put together a hatchet job riddled with falsehoods.” They continue: “As has been known for decades, these allegations are categorically false. Multiple agencies investigated them at the time and found that, whatever Dylan Farrow may have been led to believe, absolutely no abuse had ever taken place. It is sadly unsurprising that the network to air this is HBO – which has a standing production deal and business relationship with Ronan Farrow.” The documentary, which dropped Sunday, looks at Farrow’s abuse allegations against Allen. MEGHAN AND HARRY HELP TX: Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are lending help to the Genesis Women’s Shelter & Support in Dallas, which got hit hard by the winter storms. The pair helped replace the shelter’s roof through their nonprofit. “Today, we were notified that through the actions of The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s nonprofit, Archewell Foundation, Prince Harry and Meghan will make a donation to help us get back on our feet,” said Jan Langbein, CEO of Genesis Women’s Shelter & Support. “Not only will this gift provide for our critical needs, it shines an international spotlight on violence against women and children, letting survivors know that they are not alone.” (People)

TERESA GIUDICE FEARS BEING AXED: Teresa Giudice made up the rumor her castmate Jackie Goldschneider’s husband cheated because she’s afraid she’ll be fired from RHONJ, sources tell Page Six. The insider claims: “She’s being watched by the network and needed a story to stir the pot. She had zero proof [that he cheated] and made up the story because Bravo has been getting rid of original Housewives. [She’s] too expensive and they can filter through different women. She’s desperately trying to stay relevant.” (Page Six)
