Fraser Valley man not eligible for parole for 15 years after conviction in 2016 Kamloops murder
KAMLOOPS — A Fraser Valley man who killed his girlfriend at an Aberdeen motel four-and-a-half years ago has received his sentence.
In B.C. Supreme Court Friday (Feb. 19), David Miller received a life sentence in prison with no chance of parole for 15 years.
Last July, Miller was convicted of second degree murder in the death of Debra Novacluse. The 52-year-old woman’s body was found at the Super 8 Motel on Hugh Allan Drive on August 27, 2016.
