Drugs, baton seized after Sahali arrest

KAMLOOPS — RCMP took some drugs and a weapon off the streets when they arrested a man in Sahali this week.
In a release, Cst. Crystal Evelyn says the man was located at about 10:45 p.m. Wednesday (Feb. 17) in the 1100-block of Columbia St. West. Officers arrested him on an unendorsed warrant for drug trafficking.
A search subsequent to the arrest turned up 160 grams of suspected fentanyl, methamphetamine, crack cocaine and other drugs. Officers also found thousands of dollars in cash, drug paraphernalia and a collapsible baton.
