RCMP probe multiple reports of nails placed behind tires of cars parked near Ponderosa Lodge

KAMLOOPS — RCMP say they have been conducting a months-long investigation into tire damage near Ponderosa Lodge in downtown Kamloops.
According to Cst. Crystal Evelyn, the first report came in on October 19, with three separate incidents of nails found behind vehicle tires.
Investigators later obtained surveillance footage showing a man with a limp approaching a vehicle in the area. The man is wearing dark clothing with a white stripe.
In November, RCMP received another report of nails placed behind tires near Ponderosa. Investigators questioned two people sitting nearby, but both denied involvement.
