KAMLOOPS — The latest COVID-19 outbreak in Kamloops is at a Westsyde group home.

Interior Health says an outbreak at Westsyde Care Residences on Westsyde Road includes 12 cases — nine residents and three staff.

IH identifies Westsyde Care Residences as “a privately operated group home for people with brain and spinal cord injuries with several of the 21 beds publicly funded for IH clients.”

Visitation to the home has been paused during the outbreak.
