Aberdeen Elementary sees single-day COVID-19 exposure

KAMLOOPS — Aberdeen Elementary is the latest school added to the COVID-19 exposure list. An exposure took place last Friday, Jan. 22.
As of late Thursday, the exposure was not included on the Interior Health school exposure page, but was communicated to parents in an email from District 73 Superintendent Terry Sullivan.
Aberdeen becomes the seventh District 73 school with a relevant COVID-19 exposure.
Interior Health public health personnel are contacting those who were directly exposed to the virus.
