Billie Eilish and Khalid celebrate 1 billion views on YouTube

The video for “Lovely” by Billie Eilish and Khalid just reached 1 billion views on YouTube. The tally came over a period of time since its release in April of 2018.
The melo-dramatic video was a concept of Eilish’s. In it, the two singers waltzed around each other in a glass box while wearing all-black outfits and a thick layer of silver chains. She was 16 at the time. “Lovely” was featured on the soundtrack for the second season of the Netflix series, 13 Reasons Why, which Selena Gomez executive produced.
