Kamloops Fire Rescue knocks down Willow Street house fire

KAMLOOPS — Kamloops Fire Rescue crews quickly extinguished a fire at a home on the city’s north shore last night (Dec. 12).

KFR says a call for a structure fire on Willow Street came in just after 6 p.m Saturday, and flames were already showing when firefighters arrived at the home.

About 14 firefighters quickly worked to extinguish the fire, and it’s not clear how much damage was done to the building.
