Pellet gun barrage damages windows at two Salmon Arm grocery stores
SALMON ARM, B.C. — RCMP are trying to determine who damaged windows at two Salmon Arm grocery stores.
According to a news release from Staff Sgt. Scott West of Salmon Arm RCMP, members were called to the Askew’s Foods location at the east end of the city at about 9:30 a.m. Thursday (Dec. 3).
Sometime overnight, someone had shot more than a dozen BB pellets at the store, damaging four large windows. West says none of the pellets entered the store.
Investigators were then called to the Askew’s location in downtown Salmon Arm. Again, pellets had been shot at the store, this time damaging eight windows.
