KAMLOOPS — The Kamloops and District Real Estate Association (KADREA) is reporting a record-setting November as both sales and prices push higher.

A total of 262 homes changed hands in Kamloops last month, a 40 per cent increase over the same month in 2019. Year-to-date totals are now up compared to last year.

In a news release, KADREA President Wendy Runge says the market has set sales records each month since June.

Prices, meantime, are also into record territory. KADREA says the average sales price in November was more than $486,000, a 10 per cent increase over the same month last year.
