KAMLOOPS — The red-hot Kamloops construction sector cooled off in November.
New totals from the City of Kamloops Building Inspection Division show $10.4 million in activity last month. That’s well below the $25 million November recorded in 2019.
The majority of last month’s new construction permits were issued for residential projects.
Last month’s activity was enough to push the year-to-date total to $377 million in permits issued. That already represents a record for Kamloops.
