Kamloops Film Society pausing Paramount Theatre operations with new health orders
KAMLOOPS — With movie theatres added to the list of businesses told to cease operations, the Kamloops Film Society (KFS) says it will be following the new guidelines laid out by provincial health authorities.
In a release today (Nov. 24), the KFS says it will be closing screenings at the Paramount Theatre downtown until December 7. This includes private bookings of the space, and the weekend movie showings.
Those who have already purchased tickets and want to inquire about a refund are asked to contact info@thekfs.ca.
People who wish to financially support the KFS during this time can also opt to leave the bought tickets as a donation, or purchase a ticket for a take-out pasta & meatballs meal hosted by the Colombo Lodge on December 16.
