Yet another daily record set with 762 new COVID-19 cases in B.C.; 10 more deaths
VICTORIA — In what has become a regular occurrence, B.C. has set another daily record for its COVID-19 case count.
In a news release, Provincial Health Officer Dr. Bonnie Henry reports 762 new cases of the virus Wednesday (Nov. 18), including 38 in Interior Health.
The new cases bring the provincial total to 24,422, distributed through B.C. as follows:
- 7,081 — Vancouver Coastal (up by 210)
- 15,140 — Fraser Health (up by 481)
- 417 — Island Health (up by 20)
- 1,144 — Interior Health (up by 38)
- 553 — Northern Health (up by 13)
- 92 — Reside outside of Canada (unchanged)
