Gabby Barrett will perform her Country and AC chart-topping hit “I Hope” during Wednesday’s (Nov. 11th) CMA Awards in Nashville. She will be joined by Charlie Puth, with whom she dueted on the pop version of the song. This will mark their first time to perform the song live together.

Gabby tells us: “I’ve never met him in person before and hopefully it goes well. I’m having a hard time breathing being in the third trimester and baby just crushing your diaphragm, you know, all good things, and so I don’t know but I’m really excited and I think it’s gonna come together really well.”

Gabby is also nominated for New Artist and Single of the Year for “I Hope” at the CMA Awards, which will air live on ABC beginning at 8 p.m. ET. The show will be co-hosted by Reba McEntire and Darius Rucker.

Gabby is expecting her first child, a girl, early next year.
